VOCALLI AI allows users to delete specific data without deleting their account.

Data That Can Be Deleted

Users can delete individual records directly within the application, including:
  • SOAP Notes
  • Clinical Notes
  • Medical Transcripts
  • Generated Documents
  • Patient Records
  • Uploaded Files

How to Delete Data

To delete individual data
  • Sign in to your VOCALLI AI account.
  • Navigate to the relevant section.
  • Select the item you wish to delete.
  • Confirm the deletion action.
Deleted items are removed from active use and may enter a temporary retention period as described below.

Retention Period

Deleted records may be retained for up to 30 days for:
  • Backup recovery
  • System integrity
  • Security monitoring
  • Fraud prevention
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
After the retention period expires, the data is permanently removed from our systems unless otherwise required by law.

Deleting All Data

Users who wish to remove all associated account data should submit an account deletion request through the application.
