VOCALLI AI allows users to request the deletion of their account and associated data

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly within the VOCALLI AI application

  • Sign in to your VOCALLI AI account.
  • Navigate to Settings > Data & Privacy
  • Select Delete Account.
  • Confirm your deletion request.

How to Request Account Deletion

When an account deletion request is submitted:
  • Your account is marked for deletion.
  • Your account enters a 30-day retention period.
  • During this period, your data is retained securely and is not permanently removed.
  • Your account access may be restricted during the retention period

Account Reactivation

You may reactivate your account at any time during the 30-day retention period.
If you reactivate your account:
  • Your account access will be restored
  • Your transcripts, SOAP notes, clinical notes, documents, and settings will remain available.
  • Any active subscription or plan may continue according to your subscription terms

Permanent Deletion

If your account is not reactivated within 30 days:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted.
  • Clinical notes and SOAP notes will be permanently removed.
  • Transcripts and generated documents will be permanently removed.
  • Associated files and records will be permanently removed from our systems.
  • Active subscriptions may be cancelled.
  • Reactivation will no longer be possible

Data Retention Exception

Certain information may be retained when required for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Security investigations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Financial record keeping
  • Reactivation will no longer be possible

Such retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable law.
